A vertically integrated process – eight steps from your first email to the container leaving Chennai port.

Manufacturing Operations

What happens on the floor, in order.

How long does it take to move from inquiry to bulk production?

Typically 3–4 weeks: inquiry review and quotation in 24 hours, sample development in 7–14 days, PP approval, then bulk production planned against your TNA. The eight-step timeline on this page shows exactly where time is spent.

What happens after I approve a purchase order?

Our SOP kicks in: PO acceptance, terms sheet, deposit schedule, internal sales order with size-color breakdown, material indents, line allocation and a locked TNA. Every step is documented and shared with your merchandiser.

How do you control fabric quality before it reaches the cutting table?

Every roll is received against a GRN and inspected with a 4-point system. We segregate shades, run shrinkage tests and approve lab dips before fabric is issued to cutting.

What quality checks happen during sewing and finishing?

Modular lines run hourly inline audits at every operation. We measure 100% of size-sets and 10% of bulk against the spec tolerance grid. Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 with documented reports.

Can I visit the factory during production?

Yes. Buyers and third-party auditors are welcome year-round. We arrange pickup from Coimbatore airport and host line walks, inline inspections and pre-shipment audits on request.

Audit our floor. Walk our lines. Bring your QA.
